The Bands
The MojoKings – Friday Night & Sunday Afternoon
It wouldn’t be Friday night without our House
band, Yes Lee and the boys KingSmiley Paul and Scotty
Roberts (The Original Fat Cat Trio) are back to entertain
us at the the 35th Nationals.
The MojoKings are a high energy rockabilly band born
out of love for that old devil called rock’n’roll
There high energy mix of classic rockabilly and Rock
n Roll brings there music to the present day.
This years set list contain a brilliant mixture of original
rockabilly and rock’n’roll tunes guaranteed
to get your feet tapping and the house moving MojoKing
style.
Spillage – Friday Night
Spillage is a 5 piece rock band from Cambridgeshire
who plays classic rock tracks like Black Night, Born
to be wild, Route 66, Gimme some lovin’, Money,
Wishing well, Wont get fooled again and lots more.
Stef on vocals, Kev on lead guitar, Matt on keyboards,
Jason on bass and Sean on drums are one of the tightest
and original rock cover bands we have see for a long
time.
Queen B – Saturday
Night
Queen B is the No 1 Queen Tribute Band in the world,
not only do the look like queen they sound like queen,
The lead singer (Paul Jackson) even wears the jewelled
crown, cape, leotard and an exact copy of the Freddie
Mercury’s famous yellow jacket as worn on the
1986 queen tour. They have even performed for the original
members of queen and played 3 times at Wembley stadium,
Saturday night at the Nationals
is one night you cannot miss, Queen B plays all
the popular hits, has a big stage show and are very
big on audience participation, this band is so good
we have decided to set the theme for the evening as
kings and queens so come dressed for the evening.
(Bootleg) Blues Brothers
– Sunday Night
Yes there back The Bootleg Blues Brothers are the UK’s
top tribute band duo to the cult film we all know and
love. The Blues Brothers stage show recreate the energy
and excitement of Dan Ackroyd and James Belushi with
a cavalcade of hits and routines and stage fun. Not
only have we got Jake and Elwood we have also got there
6 piece live band to perform the full show with hits
like Peter Gunn, Everybody needs somebody, Soul man,
I Feel good, Sweet home Chicago and lots more. So join
us Sunday night dressed in black with your hats and
shades and party to the end of the 2009 Nationals.

Blues Band, Sunday Afternoon.
Hi Mileage is a 5 piece Rhythm n Blues band providing
excellent afternoon entertainment with their relaxed
and friendly style. Performing varied music from the
likes of Bonnie Raitt, Ry Cooder, Mavis Staples, Chuck
Berry, Al Green and many more. Great Harmonies and individual
performances from this multi-skilled band.
